It is created at the Ministry of Defence, at the General Directorate of Arming, an automated processing of personal data called "Satisfaction Investigations", implemented by the sub-direction of information systems of the central service of modernization and quality, and whose purpose is to manage satisfaction through investigations.
The categories of recorded personal information and data are those relating to:
– identity: names, first names, telephone and fax numbers, address, professional email;
― to professional life: operational and organic connection, body, grade, functions, business profile, location, seniority;
– in the investigation: object, purpose and purpose, dates, survey provider, questions, results;
― to satisfaction: answers to questions, overall satisfaction, indicators.
For the purposes of the processing, the personal information and data thus recorded shall be kept for a maximum of three years after the operation of the results, with the exception of the identity data that are retained in the time of the investigation. As a result of these requirements, data relating to the satisfaction and exploitation of the results of the investigation acquire the status of defence archives.
The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
the prescriptor of the investigation;
- the members of the Committee on Administration and Management Information Systems of the General Directorate of Arms;
– Investigators of the General Directorate of Arms;
- external investigators responsible for the investigation.
The opposition, access and rectification rights provided for in sections 38 et seq. of the law of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall be exercised with the quality office and methods of the sub-direction of information systems of the central service of modernization and quality, 16 bis, avenue Prieur-de-la-Côte-d'Or, 94114 Arcueil Cedex.
The Deputy Director of Information Systems is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
