Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amended with the rights and obligations of public servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 July 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amended by placing hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-139 of 10 February 2010 relating to the conditions of appointment to the positions of Vice-President, Section Chair and General Secretary of the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Spaces;
Based on the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee dated July 1, 2009,
Decrete:
The indiciary scheduling for the positions of Vice-President, Section Chair and General Secretary of the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas is set as follows:

The decision of 26 April 2006 on the off-scale classification of jobs of the General Council for Agriculture, Food and Rural Spaces is repealed.
The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
