The management of the staff and the adaptation of the professional environment will organize a professional examination for access to the rank of administrative attaché at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, for the year 2010.
I. ― Admission requirements
This professional examination is open to members of the administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, justifying, as of January 1, 2010, at least seven years of actual service in a body or employment framework of category B or equivalent level.
II. • Number of positions to be filled
The number of posts to be filled will be set at a later stage.
III. • Date and place of testing
The written proof of eligibility will take place on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in the Paris region and in Nantes.
The oral admission test will take place from Tuesday 25 May 2010 in the Paris region.
IV. ― Registration deadlines
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, February 18, 2010, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position in question) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the economic and financial ministries is fixed on Thursday, February 25, 2010, up to 6 p.m. (Metropolis time), deadline of rigor.

The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the data from their file until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, the pre-registration of the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection;
- either by paper file.

Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.
Any file filed after Thursday, February 25, 2010 cannot be considered.
This provision also applies to records that fall into the competition sector in an envelope bearing a post cachet after Thursday, February 25, 2010, or after that date in an envelope that does not include any postmarks.
No internal teledoc consignments will be accepted.
