Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amended, including article 20, on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
See?Order No. 58-696 of 6 August 1958 amended in relation to the special status of staff of the deconcentrated services of the prison administration;
Vu le Decree No. 66-874 of 21 November 1966 amended on the special status of officials of the external services of the prison administration;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-1777 of 17 December 2007 the award of a penitentiary allowance to certain personnel of the prison administration;
Considering the advice of the Technical Committee of the National School of Corrections dated 16 July 2009,
Decrete:
In article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 17 December 2007, the words "technical directors, technicians" are deleted and after the words "decent services of the prison administration" are inserted the words "or the National School of Prison Administration".
In Article 5 of the same decree, the words: "the civil servants of the decunified services of the prison administration" are replaced by the words: "the officials mentioned in Article 1".
Article 6 of the same decree is amended as follows:
1° After the first paragraph, the following paragraph shall be inserted:
"By derogation from the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the staff referred to in section 1 who were promoted after registration on a fitness list or on a progress table are entitled to the penitentiary expense allowance during the theoretical teaching periods at the National School of Prison Administration. »
2° In the last paragraph, the words: "in the central and decentralized departments of the prison administration" are replaced by the words: "outside the National School of Prison Administration".
The Decree No. 2001-1386 of 31 December 2001 establishing the new indiciary bonus to the National School of Prison Administration and Decree No. 2003-1102 of 19 November 2003 on the award of a post allowance to the Director of the National School of Prison Administration are repealed.
The provisions of this decree come into force on the first day of the month following its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
