Decrete:
Some youth judicial protection personnel in institutions of employment may receive educational accommodation allowance.
The list of beneficiaries and the annual reference amounts for the educational accommodation allowance are determined by joint order of the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Budget and the Minister of Public Service.
The amount of the individual award of the educational accommodation allowance may be adjusted based on the importance of the hardships to which the recipient is called to face in the effective exercise of his or her duties.
The amount of the individual award of the allowance may vary from 40% to 15% of the annual reference amount.
Education accommodation allowance is paid monthly.
Trainees receive this allowance in accordance with the time spent on practical training in youth justice institutions.
In the event of a vacancy or absence for a period equal to or greater than one month, the agent providing the interim may, in proportion to the duration of the interim, benefit from the educational accommodation allowance allocated to the function performed.
The Decree No. 96-173 of 6 March 1996 establishing a specific accommodation allowance for certain staff of the decunct youth judicial protection services and amended Decree No. 96-956 of 30 October 1996 establishing a strengthened educational supervision award for certain staff of the decunct youth judicial protection services are repealed.
The Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
