A ministerial-level technical committee shall be established with the Minister responsible for culture to hear, within the framework of Title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters of concern to all the central and decentralized departments of the Ministry of Culture.
The composition of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee is determined as follows:
(a) Minister for Culture or his representative, chair of the committee;
(b) Administration representatives: fourteen incumbent members and fourteen alternate members designated in accordance with provisions of Article 7 of the Decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above ;
(c) Staff representatives: fifteen incumbent members and fifteen alternate members appointed in accordance with provisions of articles 8 and 11 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above.
A central technical committee shall be established with the Secretary-General with the competence to know, within the framework of provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters relevant to all services of the central administration.
The composition of this central committee is as follows:
(a) Administration representatives: ten incumbent members and ten alternate members in accordance with provisions of Article 7 of the Decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above ;
(b) Staff representatives: ten incumbent members and ten alternate members appointed in accordance with articles 8 and 11 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above.
A central technical committee shall be established with each director of an administrative public institution under the Ministry of Culture referred to below:

Georges-Pompidou National Art and Culture Centre;
National Centre for Cinematography;

A special technical committee is established with each Director General, some heads of service with national jurisdiction and some heads of public administrative establishment services under the Ministry of Culture referred to below:
General Directorate of Heritages;
Direction générale de la création artistique ;
General Directorate of Media and Cultural Industries;
Service with national competence of the National Furniture and National Manufactures of the Gobelins, Beauvais and the Savonnerie.
The composition of these special committees shall be determined according to the rules set out in Article 8 of this Order.
A joint special technical committee is established with the Director General of Heritage for matters common to the higher national architectural schools.
The composition of this special committee shall be determined according to the rules set out in section 8 of this Order.
A regional technical committee shall be established with each Regional Director of Cultural Affairs, referred to below:
Alsace Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of Aquitaine;
Auvergne Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of Lower Normandy;
Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Burgundy;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of Brittany;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of the Centre;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of Champagne-Ardenne;
Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs of Corsica;

The amended Order dated November 14, 2003 on the Department of Culture's Joint Technical Committees is repealed.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
