The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform and the Minister of Higher Education and Research,
Considering the education code, including articles L. 711-9 and L. 712-8;
Vu le Decree No. 2000-250 of 15 March 2000 amended to classify public institutions of a scientific, cultural and professional character;
In view of the decision of 26 December 2008 setting out the list of public institutions with broad budgetary and human resources responsibilities and competencies set out in sections L. 712-9, L. 712-10 and L. 954-1 to L. 954-3 of the Education Code;
Considering the deliberation of the technical committee of the University of Montpellier-II on 27 November 2009;
Considering the deliberation of the Board of Directors of the University of Montpellier-II dated 4 December 2009,
