The terms and conditions of the pre-service declaration referred to in thearticle D. 256-28 and the list of documents to be provided in the statement are annexed to this Order.
The aptitude test mentioned in the articles D. 256-27 and D. 256-28 is carried out in a training centre for approved spray inspectors referred to in Article L. 256-2 of the rural code. The contents of this test are annexed to this order. Candidates may be assessed on all or part of this content, according to the opinion given by the public interest group referred to in section L. 256-2-1.

Content of the suitability test referred to in sections D. 256-27 and D. 256-28.
The candidate is assessed in reconstituted working conditions:
― it only performs a complete spray control and informs the visit report (duration: 2 hours).
This sprayer belongs to one of the following categories: ramp sprayer or sprayer for trees and shrubs;
―he is orally questioned about the scope of the work of an inspector, the health and safety of the inspector and the proper operation of the control equipment and the conduct of a control over the other type of sprayer than that for which he conducted the control (duration: 1/2 hour).
The candidate obtains the Certificate of Achievement in the Fitness Test if he meets the 2/3 of the objectives on the evaluation grid, some of them being eliminated.
