Representatives of the staff shall be appointed to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National College of Engineers of Arms Studies and Techniques, as indicated below:
― the French Democratic Confederation of Labour, Civil Personnel Union of Defence Institutions in Finistère (CFDT);
– The Union of Civil Teaching Personnel of the Ministry of Defence Institutions (SPCE/Defence).
The distribution of seats among trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 above is as follows, taking into account the results of the staff consultation held on 23 June 2009:

The trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall have a period of fifteen days, from the date of publication of this Order, to inform the Director General of the National College of Engineers of Arms Studies and Techniques of the name of the representatives appointed to occupy the seats of incumbent members and alternate members assigned to them.
The Director General of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des ingénieurs des études et techniques d'armement is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
