Seen Appendix III, Part I of Directive 76 / 768 / EEC of the Council of 27 July 1976 concerning the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning cosmetic products, last amended by Directive 2009 / 36 / EC of the Commission of 16 April 2009;
Given the public health code, including articles L. 5131-11 (4°) and R. 5131-3 (2°) ;
See?arrested on 6 February 2001 Amending the list of substances that cannot be used in cosmetic products outside the restrictions and conditions set by this list;
Considering the advice of the cosmetology commission dated 10 June 2009;
On the proposal of the Director General of the French Health Products Agency dated 16 July 2009,

II. ― The provisional schedule of the above-mentioned February 6, 2001 Order is amended to read:
1° In order number 55, section b of columns c and d is deleted.
2° Order numbers 7, 9, 14, 18, 24, 28, 47 and 58 are deleted.

Cosmetic products that do not comply with these new provisions may not be marketed or sold or sold to the end user as of May 15, 2010.
