Section 1 of the above-mentioned decision of April 24, 2008 is amended to read:
For services under the authority of the Secretary General for Administration:
Replace:
"—the deputy director of the collective management of HR-MD civilian personnel or his representative,"
by:
"—the Deputy Director of the Departmental Civil Human Resources Management of HRD-MD or its representative."
For the military headquarters:
Replace:
“– the central director of the military health service or his representative”,
by:
"—the Assistant Chief of Staff Human Resources or its representative;
– the central director of the military health service or his representative. »
For the army headquarters:
The mention: "DPRMAT" is replaced by the mention: "RH-AT".
The words:
"For the general management of the National Gendarmerie:
– the Director General of the National Gendarmerie or his representative. "
are deleted.
The Director of Human Resources of the Ministry of Defence is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
