It is created at the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data relating to video surveillance and whose purpose is to strengthen the security of access to the site and to secure risk activities to people on the site of the Bourges technical establishment.
The categories of recorded personal data and information are those relating to the capture of video images (camera number, date and time of capture).
The personal information and data thus recorded shall be retained for a maximum month, without judicial investigation.
The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
―keepers;
– security officers (owner and deputy) and authorized personnel of the site;
– the site manager;
- the air gendarmerie (as part of the investigation);
– the control and inspection authorities.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The right of access provided forArticle 39 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above conducts with the security office officer of the Bourges Technical Institution, sub-direction of General Affairs, East Rive, exchanger of Guerry, 18021 Bourges.
The Director of the Bourges Technical Institution is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
