Curriculum students admitted Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No. 2008-950 of 12 September 2008 referred to above are trained at the Higher Military School of Administration and Management of the Earth Army.
Their admission is final only after verification of the medical fitness to follow the teaching provided in this school.
The benefit of the admission may not be deferred from one year to another by the Central Director of the Police Station.
Curator students may terminate their education for a period of three months from the date of their admission to school.
During their admission to school, the student commissioners apply to be admitted to the status of a career officer. They are committed to serving in this capacity for a period of six years.
An instruction sets out the course of all training cycles, the objectives and content of the training, the conditions for organizing the examinations and the factors assigned to them.
Some courses can be organized in partnership with other institutions of civil or military higher education, under conditions established by the central management of the Army Police Station.
The commander of the Higher Military School of Administration and Management shall decide on the dates of re-entry and completion of each training cycle, after agreement of the Central Director of the Police Station of the Land Army.
The commissioned students admitted to the High Military School of Administration and Management of the Land Army are undergoing an initial training of two years.
The lieutenant commissioners, recruited from among the students enrolled in the Polytechnical School's exit classification table, are trained identical to that of the students.
The tuition of the student commissioners is organized in two training cycles of two semesters each, consisting of:
1° General military training;
2° Joint training for the commissioners of the three armies;
3° Administrative and technical training to give them the necessary administrative and technical culture to any administrator and manager.
During the first cycle, the results of the student commissioners are appreciated through continuous knowledge control.
The results of the student commissioners during the second cycle are appreciated by:
1° Continuous monitoring of knowledge on subjects taught at the Higher Military School of Administration and Management or in associated institutions;
2° An end-of-school exam.
Each of the training cycles is validated if the student Commissioner obtains the general average score of 10 out of 20.
The university training successfully followed by the students commissioners of the army of land leads to the issuance of a master's degree.
The situation of the student who:
1° did not validate a training cycle;
2° Not followed, especially for health reasons, all of a semester of training or participated in all of the trials counting for the end-of-school classification.
After hearing the student concerned, who may ask to be assisted by a member or a teacher of his or her choice, the instruction board proposes:
1° To admit the student to continue his or her education, provided that his or her general average rating is greater than or equal to 8 of 20;
2° To extend the duration of his education for one year;
3° To exclude him from school.
The Commander of the High Military School of Administration and Management shall transmit the advice of the Instruction Council to the Minister of Defence (Central Director of the Police Station).
The Minister of Defence (Central Director of the Police Station) decides:
1° To admit the student to follow the second cycle of training;
2° To extend the duration of his education for one year;
3° To exclude it from school for insufficient results.
The duration of schooling can only be extended for one year.
At the end of the first cycle, the student commissioners are ranked in order of merit according to the average of the grades obtained during the knowledge controls.
Abstracted by the school commander, these rankings are forwarded to the central director of the local army police station, accompanied by the transcript of the grades allocated during schooling.
At the end of their schooling, the student commissioners are ranked in order of merit, according to the results obtained during the course of all the training cycles.
These classifications are transmitted to the Central Director of the Police Station of the Army of Land, accompanied by the details of the grades of each student and the minutes prepared by the Second Cycle Examining Jury.
The student commissioners who obtained an average score of at least 10 out of 20 are appointed lieutenant commissioners in the corps of the commissioners of the army of land on 1 August of the year of their school leaving and take rank among them according to the order of their classification.
This Order comes into force on 1 October 2009.
The Central Director of the Police Station is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
