Notice relating to the extension of an agreement entered into within the framework of the national collective agreement of personnel of anonymous companies and foundations

In application of theArticle L. 2261-15 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Labour, Social Relations, the Family, Solidarity and the City envisages taking an order to make mandatory, for all employers and employees entering its scope, the provisions of the following agreement.
The text of this agreement can be consulted in a departmental direction of work, employment and vocational training.
Within fifteen days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to communicate their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Social Relations, Family, Solidarity and the City (DGT, RT 2), 39-43, Quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.

Agreement of 3 July 2009 (an annex).
Deposit:
General Directorate of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Social Relations, Family, Solidarity and the City.
Subject:
Non-discrimination and development of career management throughout life (equality men and women, employment of seniors, support measures in career management).
Signatories:
National Federation of Social Enterprises for Habitat (FNESH);
Trade union organizations of interested employees associated with CGT-FO, CGT and CFE-CGC;
National Staff Union of HMCS Anonymous Companies (SNPHLM).
