Considering Directive 2005/60/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 October 2005 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for money-laundering and the financing of terrorism;
In light of Order No. 2009-104 of 30 January 2009 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for money-laundering and the financing of terrorism, including Article L. 561-13,
Decrete:
Section D. 565-2 of the monetary and financial code is repealed.
An article D. 561-13 is inserted as follows:
"Art.D. 561-13.-The threshold mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 561-13 is set at 2,000 euros per session. »
The Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
