Key Benefits:
By decisions of the Minister of Higher Education and Research dated March 16, 2009 and of the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service dated April 27, 2009, Act No. 15 to the constitutive convention of the public interest group referred to as the "University and Public Institutions of Higher Education and Research", "AMUE", is approved.
The amended constitutive agreement may be consulted by any interested person at the headquarters of the group and with the Minister responsible for higher education.

The following establishments are removed from the membership list:
- the university centre of Lyon;
– the European university centre of Strasbourg;
– Strasbourg-I University;
– Strasbourg-II University;
- Strasbourg-III University;
– the university institute for the formation of the masters of the Strasbourg Academy.
In the membership list, the following institutions are added:
- the University of Strasbourg;
- the University of French Polynesia;
- the College of France;
– The Higher Institute of Agricultural, Agri-Food, Horticultural and Landscape Sciences (Agrocampus West);
– the Higher Institute of Aeronautics and Space (ISAE);
the French Institute of Advanced Mechanics (IFMA);
– Lille Institute of Political Studies;
the public institution of scientific cooperation "European University of Brittany";
the public institution of scientific cooperation "Aix-Marseille University";
― the Ecole nationale supérieure du paysage de Versailles (ENSPV) ;
