It is created at the Ministry of Defence, at the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data relating to video surveillance and whose purpose is to monitor the entry and exit movements on the electronics centre of the weapon.
The categories of recorded personal data and information are those relating to the capture of video images (camera number, date and time of capture).
The personal information and data thus recorded shall be kept for a maximum of 15 days, without judicial investigation.
The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
―keepers;
– Security officers (titular and deputy);
– the site manager;
– the inspection gendarmerie (as part of the investigation).
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The right of access provided forArticle 39 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above conducts with the security officer of the weapons electronics centre, BP 7419, 35174 Bruz Cedex.
The Director of the Arming Electronics Centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
