Vu la Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended on computer science, files and freedoms, including article 23;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 bearing delegation of signature of members of the Government;
Having regard to the receipt of No. 1320433 of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms of 14 October 2008,

It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data relating to video surveillance and whose purpose is to monitor access and sensitive areas of the Mourillon site.

The categories of recorded personal data and information are those relating to the capture of video images (camera number, date and time of capture).
The personal information and data thus recorded are kept for a maximum of twenty-nine days, excluding judicial investigations.

The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
– Security officers (titular and deputy);
– the site manager;
– the inspection gendarmerie (as part of the investigation).

The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.

The right of access provided forArticle 39 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above conducts with the security officer of the missile launch centre, site of the Mourillon, avenue des Tirailleurs-Sénégalais, BP 43, 83800 Toulon.

The Director of the missile launch centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
