Having regard to decision No. 2005-116 of 30 March 2005 as amended, assigning to the national programme company France 4 a radio-electric resource for the digital broadcast of the national television service known as France 4;
In light of the amended decision No. 2005-473 of 19 July 2005 authorizing the Société d'exploitation d'un service d'information (SESI) to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast by terrestrial air on a digital basis called "I-Télé";
In view of the amended decision No. 2005-475 of 19 July 2005 authorizing the Young TV company to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast in clear air by terrestrial air in digital mode called "Gulli";
In light of amended decision No. 2005-476 of 19 July 2005 authorizing the MCM company to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast by terrestrial air on a digital basis known as Virgin 17;
In light of amended decision No. 2005-477 of 19 July 2005 authorizing BFM TV to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast in a light by terrestrial microwave on a digital basis called "BFM TV";
In view of Decision No. 2005-893 of 3 November 2005 authorizing the Hertzian Download Association to use a radio resource for the operation of an terrestrial microwave electronic communications service in digital mode;
In view of Decision No. 2007-539 of 24 July 2007 setting the schedule for the commissioning of frequencies assigned to national television services broadcast by terrestrial air in digital mode;

Appendix I to this decision supplements Appendix I to Decisions No. 2003-309 of 10 June 2003 referred to above, 2003-545 of 21 October 2003 referred to above, 2005-116 of 30 March 2005 referred to above, 2005-473, 2005-475, 2005-476 and 2005-477 of 19 July 2005 referred to above.
Appendix II to this decision amends Appendix I to Decisions No. 2003-309 of 10 June 2003 referred to above, 2003-545 of 21 October 2003 referred to above, 2005-116 of 30 March 2005 referred to above, 2005-473, 2005-475, 2005-476 and 2005-477 of 19 July 2005 referred to as of 2 February 2010.
This decision will be notified to the R 2 network program editors and to the Digital Television Company and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
