Judgment of June 5, 2009 creating an automated processing of personal data relating to store management at the Gramat Study Centre

In light of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended on computers, files and freedoms, including article 23 ;
Vu le Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 bearing delegation of signature of members of the Government;
In light of receipt No. 1366693 of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated 28 May 2009,

It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data called "GESTOCK" implemented by the Gramat Study Centre and whose purpose is the management of the store.

The categories of recorded personal information and data are those relating to:
- identity (identifiant, password) ;
- to work life (assignment);
― in inventory management (article code, family, article designation, supplier [code, company name and social reason, address of the head office, name, first name and contact contact contact contact details], reference of the administrative certificate of entry, containing of the article [robot, shelf], characteristics [enclosure, weight, price], movements [entrance/output, dates], quantity in stock, minimum stock of restocking)
― in the management of internal orders (claimer [identity], ordered quantity, order date, place of delivery, priority level requested [urgent, immediate, non-urgent]).
The recorded personal information and data are retained:
- one year after the individual's departure for identity and professional life data;
- up to the disposal or replacement of equipment for inventory management data;
– up to 10 years for data related to user internal controls.

The recipients of recorded personal information and data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- hierarchical authorities;
- the storekeepers;
- managers;
― the staff of the Gramat Study Centre;
- the records of the equipment.

The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.

The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above practising with the store manager at the Gramat Study Centre, BP 80200, 46500 Gramat.

The Director of the Gramat Study Centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
