Judgment of 11 June 2009 setting out the list of employment as counsel for the social action of the defence

Minister of Defence,
Vu le Decree No. 2009-677 of 11 June 2009 the employment of counsel for the social action of the defence;
Vu le Decree No. 2009-678 of 11 June 2009 fixing the indiciary scheduling applicable to the employment of counsel for the social action of the defence;
In view of the decision of 11 June 2009 setting out the number of employment of counsel for the social action of the defence,

In application of theArticle 3 of Decree No. 2009-677 of 11 June 2009 and Article 1 of the above-mentioned Judgment of June 11, 2009, the employment of counsel for the social action of the defence allowing access to the special level is as follows: Technical inspector of the technical advisers and social service assistants, placed with the head of the professional support service and pensions of the human resources management of the Ministry of Defence.

Pursuant to Article 3 of the same decree and Article 1 of the same decree, the list of employment of counsel for the social action of the defence is as follows:
- Assistant to the technical inspector of the technical advisers and social service assistants placed with the Chief of the Professional Support and Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Defence;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Marine Social Action in Toulon;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Marine Social Action in Brest;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Social Action of the Land Army in Metz;
― Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Social Action of the Land Army in Saint-Germain-en-Laye;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Social Action of the Land Army in Lyon;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Social Action of the Land Army in Bordeaux;
― Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of Social Action of the Land Army in Rennes;
– Technical Social Service Advisor to the Director of the Air Force Social Action in Villacoublay;
– Technical social service advisor to the director of the social action of the air force in Bordeaux-Mérignac.
