In view of the Order of 28 March 1956 and the subsequent Orders, including the Order of 27 June 2005, extending the National Collective Agreement for the Mechanical Work of Timber and sawmills, the Trade and Import of Woods of 28 November 1955 and the amendments or additions to it;
Having regard to the decision of 28 April 1992 on the extension of the agreement on classifications of trade and timber imports of 10 February 1992, concluded under the above-mentioned collective agreement;
Having regard to No. 14 of 1 October 2008 to the above-mentioned agreement of 10 February 1992;
Considering the request for extension submitted by signatory organizations;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 8 April 2009;
Considering the opinions collected during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Collective Bargaining Commission (subcommission of agreements and agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,

For all employers and employees included in the scope of the Agreement on Classifications of Trade and Timber Import Staff of 10 February 1992, entered into within the framework of the National Collective Agreement on Mechanical Work of Wood and sawmills, the trade and import of timber of 28 November 1955, excluding the sector of the timber trade, the provisions of the Agreement of 1 February 1992 provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provides that the annual wage bargaining is also intended to define and programme measures to eliminate the pay gap between women and men by 31 December 2010.
The extension of the effects and penalties of the avenor to the above-mentioned agreement shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for by the said avenor.
The Director General of Labour is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
