It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated processing of personal data called "OSPACI" implemented by the Gramat Study Centre and whose purpose is to monitor internal control actions and quality.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name, first name, date of birth, registration, address, telephone number and professional fax, professional email);
- professional life (level/category, body, grade, occupation/function, assignment [direction, entity, service]);
―on the monitoring of internal control actions and quality (login/password, action number, type of action, nature of the event, object, title, date of registration, start date [planned and actual], end date [planned and actual], duration [days], milestones [timer], level of progress [percentage], impacted process, scope/fields,
The personal data thus recorded shall be retained until any link to the service for information relating to identity and professional life is broken, with the exception of information relating to the monitoring of internal control actions and quality that are retained for a maximum year after the closing of the action.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- hierarchical authorities;
- internal control officials;
- managers;
– the pilots of actions;
– process managers.
The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above cannot be invoked as part of this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided to Articles 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above is working with the Internal Control Coordinator of the Gramat Study Centre, BP 80200, 46500 Gramat.
The Director of the Gramat Study Centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
