A revenue and advance authority is established at the central repository of military justice archives, in White (Indre), for the collection of products and the payment of the expenses listed in sections 1 and 6 of the aforementioned Order of December 31, 1993.
The maximum amount of advance granted to the governed established in Article 1 is 800 euros.
The functions of revenue and advance regulator are performed by the clerk officer, deputy head of the filing.
I. ― Pursuant to section 8 of the above-mentioned decision of December 31, 1993, the supporting documents of the expenses are handed over to the ordinance which is governed by it at least once a month.
II. ― The manager justifies the assignee's accountant whose receipts are paid by his or her care at least within the time limit set by thearticle 9 of the decree of 20 July 1992 referred to above.
III. ― The director may, after the agreement of the officer to whom he depends, designate agents to represent him in the event of absence or incapacitation.
The secondary officer whose authority depends on the regulation established in Article 1 is the director of the police station of the Limoges Land Army (Haute-Vienna).
The amended Order dated 14 November 2001 establishing a revenue-based and advance-based branch of the Central Military Justice Archives, White (Indre), is repealed.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
