Decree No. 2009-192 of 18 February 2009 on the allocation of loans for the construction, acquisition and improvement of rental housing in overseas departments and amending the code of construction and housing

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities,
Given the construction and housing code, including its Articles R. 372-20 to R. 372-24,
Decrete:

The last sentence of section R. 372-21 of the Construction and Housing Code is replaced by a sentence that reads as follows: "The loans made by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations may only be made to legal persons. »

The first sentence of Article III R. 372-23 of the Construction and Housing Code is repealed.

The Minister of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities, the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, the Minister of Housing, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service, and the Secretary of State for Overseas are responsible for the execution of this Order in Council, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
