Considering the Code of Criminal Procedure, including its Articles 2-15 and D. 1 ;
Considering the application submitted by the association called "Bernadette Angry", whose head office is located 52 Bernadette Street, 31100 Toulouse;
Considering the receipt of application issued on 18 November 2008;
Having regard to the opinion of the Attorney of the Republic to the Court of Grand Instance of Toulouse of 4 December 2008,

The licence to be approvedArticle 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the angry Bernadette association, whose head office is located 52 Bernadette Street, 31100 Toulouse.

Article 2

The association will be required to provide the public prosecutor annually to the Grand Instance Court of Toulouse, starting with the publication of this order:
the updated list of members;
a copy of the last minutes of the General Assembly;
a copy of the last accounting year.

Article 3

The Chief of the Law and Justice Access and Victims Assistance Service is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
