Given the Labour Code, including its articles L. 5423-1, L. 5423-6, L. 5423-8, L. 5423-12, L. 5423-18 and L. 5423-23 ;
Considering the opinion of the National Employment Council dated 13 January 2009,
Decrete:
The daily amount of the temporary waiting allowance is € 10.54 as of January 1, 2009.
The daily amount of the specific solidarity allowance is €14.96 starting January 1, 2009.
The amount of the increase granted to allocatories aged fifty-five years or older and justified by twenty years of employee activity, to allocatories aged fifty-seven years and a half or more justifying ten years of employee activity and to allocatories justifying at least 160 trimesters validated in the compulsory basic old-age insurance plans or recognized equivalent periods is fixed at 6.52 January 2009.
The daily amount of the equivalent retirement allowance is €32.30 starting January 1, 2009.
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service, the Minister of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Solidarity Development and the Secretary of State for Employment are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
