The staff management and adaptation of the professional environment will organize an internal competition for the recruitment of a technical social service advisor from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service for the year 2009.
I. - Conditions of admission to compete:
This competition is open to members of the social service assistants of state administrations as well as members of the employment framework of socio-educational territorial assistants and members of the body of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service. Candidates must justify at least six years of effective service as of January 1 of the year of the contest in a social service assistant, in the exercise of the social service assistant speciality of the employment framework of socio-educational territorial assistants or in a job as social service assistant of the body of socio-educational assistants of the public hospital service.

III. - Date of the tests:
The written competition eligibility test will take place on 2 April 2009 in the Paris region.
The oral event will take place from 11 May 2009 in the Paris region.
IV. - Registration deadlines:
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the cachet of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service is fixed on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position being authentic) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service is fixed on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.

The procedure takes place in two phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a registration number communicated to the candidate by post and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the data from their file until the closing deadline. Any change must be further confirmed, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be valid only.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.

Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.
Any file filed after Tuesday, March 10, 2009 cannot be considered.
This provision also applies to files in the competition sector in an envelope bearing a post cachet after Tuesday, March 10, 2009, or after that date in an envelope that does not contain any postmarks.
No internal teledoc consignments will be accepted.
