Notice relating to an order approving Avender No. 4 extending the constitutive agreement of a public interest group

By an order of the prefect of Puy-de-Dôme dated 12 December 2008, A. No. 4, extending the constitutive agreement of the public interest group called "GIP Auvergne" is approved.

CONSTITUTIVE D'UN GROUPEMENT D'INTÉRÊT PUBLIC
Subject

Replace the object with the following:
"The public interest group is intended to be a tool for managing and developing partnerships in the field of training throughout life and integration. He has missions:
to ensure management:
- conventions implemented by DAFPIC and/or the GRETA network of the academy;
- the apprentice training centre (CFAena) under the Ministry of National Education in the Clermont-Ferrand Academy;
to ensure the implementation of the academic strategy:
- the validation of the acquired experience;
– the general mission of insertion;
―to promote the implementation and development of cooperation in the areas of continuous adult training, training and vocational integration, including activities related to training engineering, training of trainers, validation of the acquired experience, insertion of the public in difficulty, the establishment of high schools of the professions. The IPF will be able to respond on behalf of the academy to national and international tenders;
- to facilitate the implementation and evaluation of educational activities within the framework of the national education measures provided for in the strategy of the European Economic and Social Cohesion Policy (National Strategic Reference Framework) and in the programming documents of the structural funds as well as in the framework of European programmes. »

Duration of the convention

The constitutive agreement of the public interest group known as "GIP Auvergne", concluded for a period of six years from 15 February 2003, is extended for a period of six years from 15 February 2009.
