Mutuelle familial du personnel des stationteries Etienne, dont le siège social est à Arles (13632), 19, avenue de la Camargue ;
Mutuelle Saint-Jean-Baptiste, headquartered in Roquefort-la-Bedoule (13830), hamlet of Roquefort, 1, avenue de l'Armée- d'Afrique;
Mutuelle Saint-Victor, headquartered in Marseille (13001), 32, rue Fortia;
Mutuelle Sainte-Baume, headquartered in Marseille (13001), 32, rue Fortia,
for the approval of the transfer, by way of a merger-absorption, with their rights and obligations, of their portfolio of ballots of accession to regulations and contracts to the Sun's mutual funds, whose head office is in Nice (06005), 36-36 bis, avenue du Maréchal-Foch;
Considering the resolution of 20 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutual Social Centre;
Having regard to the resolution of 25 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the La Mutuelle aubagnaise;
Having regard to the resolution of June 19, 2008 of the General Assembly of the Family Mutual of the staff of the Etienne stationery;
Considering the resolution of 24 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutual Saint John the Baptist;
Considering the resolution of 26 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Saint-Victor Mutual;
Having regard to the resolution of 24 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Holy Mass;
Considering the resolution of June 26, 2008 of the General Assembly of the Sun's Mutuals;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 4 October 2008 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 19 December 2008 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting parts, including merger treaties,
Stop:
It is approved, effective 1 January 2008, the transfer, by means of fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with their rights and obligations, portfolios of Bulletins of Accession to Regulations and Contracts of the Mutuelle aubagnaise, the Mutuelle familial du personnel des stationteries Etienne, the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Mutual, the Saint-Victor Mutual and the Sainte-Baume Mutual for the benefit of the Sun's mutuals.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
