Considering the deliberation of 24 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the General Mutual of Public Services;
Considering the deliberation of June 28, 2008 of the General Assembly of the mutualist society Le Travail;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 24 October 2008 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 29 December 2008 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,
Stop:
It is approved, effective 1 January 2008, the transfer, by means of fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with its rights and obligations, from the portfolio of subscription bulletins to regulations and contracts of the General Mutuelle of Public Services to the benefit of the mutualist society Le Travail.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
