Order dated 30 December 2008 approving the merger with a portfolio transfer of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of a mutual fund

The Minister of Labour, Social Relations, Family and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life,
Vu le code of mutualityarticles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
Considering the application by the General Mutuelle des services publics (MGSP), whose head office is in Paris (75012), 118, rue de Picpus, for the approval of the transfer, by way of merger-absorption, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of newsletters to join regulations and contracts to the mutualist company Le Travail, whose head office is in Narbonne (11104), 20, boulevard-Marc
Considering the deliberation of 24 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the General Mutual of Public Services;
Considering the deliberation of June 28, 2008 of the General Assembly of the mutualist society Le Travail;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 24 October 2008 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 29 December 2008 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty,

It is approved, effective 1 January 2008, the transfer, by means of fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with its rights and obligations, from the portfolio of subscription bulletins to regulations and contracts of the General Mutuelle of Public Services to the benefit of the mutualist society Le Travail.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
