The indiciary scheduling for military personnel of the technical and administrative corps of the national gendarmerie, governed by the Decree No. 2008-945 of 12 September 2008, is identical to the one in theArticle 1 of Decree No. 2009-20 of 7 January 2009 fixing the balance indices applicable to certain officer bodies.
The indiciary scheduling for military personnel in the corps of non-commissioned officers of the technical and administrative support of the national gendarmerie, governed by the Decree No. 2008-953 of 12 September 2008, is identical to the one in theArticle 2 of Decree No. 2009-21 of 7 January 2009 establishing balance indices for certain non-commissioned military personnel.
Ceilings of officers' bodies are fixed by grade by interdepartmental order.
The ceiling of the number of non-commissioned members is fixed by order of the Minister of Defence and the Minister for Budget and Public Service.
The ceilings on the number of military personnel who may benefit from each of the balance scales are set by order of the Minister of Defence and the Minister for Budget and Public Service.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and takes effect on January 1, 2009.
