In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Subcommission of Agreements and Agreements), rendered in session on November 27, 2008 and collected in the procedure provided for in theArticle R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,

For all employers and employees included in the scope of the application, the provisions of:
– the national collective agreement of staff of the Cynthetic Associative Structures of December 13, 2007.
Article 2. 2, paragraph 5, is extended subject to application of provisions of Article L. 2142-6 of the Labour Code.
Article 3. 2. 2 is extended subject to the application of the provisions of Article L. 2232-6 of the Labour and Labour Code articles 11-I and 12-I of Act No. 2008-789 of 20 August 2008.
The first and second points of Article 4. 2. 2 are extended subject to application provisions of Article L. 1221-19 of the Labour Code and ofArticle 2-II of Act No. 2008-596 of 25 June 2008 modernizing the labour market.
Section 4. 2. 2, last paragraph, is extended subject to application of provisions of Article L. 1221-25 of the Labour Code Act No. 2008-596 of 25 June 2008 on the modernization of the labour market.
Article 5. 1 is extended subject to the application of the regulatory provisions establishing the minimum interprofessional growth wage and subject to the application of provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provides that the annual wage bargaining is also intended to define and programme measures to eliminate the pay gap between women and men by 31 December 2010.
Article 5. 2. 4 is extended subject to application of provisions of Article D. 3231-6 of the Labour Code.
Article 5. 4, antepenultth paragraph, is extended subject to application of provisions of Article L. 3133-6 of the Labour Code.
―Act No. 4 of 22 May 2008 on compensation to the above-mentioned national collective agreement is extended subject to the application of the regulations establishing the interprofessional minimum wage for growth and subject to the application of the provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provide that the annual wage negotiations also aim to define and program measures to eliminate the pay gap between women 31 December and
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the collective agreement and of the above-mentioned actor shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for in the collective agreement and the said actor.
The Director General of Labour is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
