Vu le Decree No. 87-1107 of 30 December 1987 amended to organize careers of Category C territorial officials;
Vu le Decree No. 87-1108 of 30 December 1987 Amending the different salary scales for category C of territorial civil servants;
Vu le Decree No. 88-547 of 6 May 1988 amended with special status of the employment framework of territorial masters;
Having regard to the opinion of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service dated 2 July 2008;
Based on the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated 9 October 2008;

The Minister of the Interior, the Overseas and Territorial Communities, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service, the Secretary of State for the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Interior and the local authorities are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
