Decree of 23 December 2008 on the approval of an air quality monitoring association under the environmental code (book II, title II)

Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management,
Given the environmental code, including its articles L. 221-3 and R. 221-9 to R. 221-14 ;
Given the Customs Code, including section 266 decies relating to the general tax on polluting activities,

The following association is approved under the title of theArticle L. 221-3 of the Environmental Code for a period of three years beginning January 1, 2009: Air Normand.
This association has jurisdiction in the Haute-Normandie region. It also exercises its competence in the Lower Normandy region: cantons of Honfleur and Trouville-sur-Mer.

Article 2


The Director General of Energy and Climate is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
