In light of Commission Directive 2008 / 109 / EC of 28 November 2008 amending Appendix IV of Directive 2000 / 29 / EC of the Council concerning measures of protection against the introduction in the Community of pests to plants or plant products and their spread within the Community;
Given the rural code, including articles L. 251-3 to L. 251-21 ;
Given the Customs Code, including its article 38 ;
See?31 July 2000 Amending the list of pests to plants, plant products and other objects;
See?arrested on 24 May 2006 the health requirements of plants, plant products and other objects,
Stop:
Chapter 1 of Part A of Schedule IV to the above-mentioned Order of May 24, 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Chapter 1
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects mentioned in Chapter 1 of Part A of Appendix IV of Directive 2000 / 29 / EC of May 8, 2000 in its drafting from Directive 2008 / 109 / EC of the Commission of November 28, 2008"
The reference to the provisions of sections D. 251-1 and R. 251-1 of the rural code contained in the above-mentioned articles of the 24 May 2006 order is replaced by the reference to the provisions ofArticle D. 251-2 of the Rural Code. The reference to the provisions of sections D. 251-2 and R. 251-2 of the rural code contained in the above-mentioned articles of the 24 May 2006 order is replaced by the reference to the provisions of theArticle D. 251-2-1 of the Rural Code.
The Director General of Food and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
