Mutuelle groupe Wagons-Lits et sociétés annexes, dont le siège social est à Paris (75240), 78, boulevard Saint-Germain ;
Mutual of blind workers and workers, whose headquarters is in Saint-Mandé (94160), 7, rue Mongenot,
for the approval of the transfer, by way of merging-absorption, with their rights and obligations, of their portfolio of ballots to join regulations and contracts to the Interdepartmental Mutuelle, whose head office is in Paris (75240), 78, boulevard Saint-Germain;
Considering the resolution of 7 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutual of Blind Workers and Workers;
Considering the resolution of 11 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Interdepartmental Mutual;
Considering the resolution of 16 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle Group Wagons-Lits and annexed societies;
Having regard to the resolution of 17 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle Interunicipale;
Considering the resolution of 17 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Intercommunal Mutual;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 9 September 2008 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 4 December 2008 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting parts, including merger treaties,
Stop:
It is approved, effective 1 January 2008, the transfer, by means of fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with their rights and obligations, portfolios of bulletins of accession to the regulations and contracts of the Intercommunal Mutual Mutual, the Mutuelle Interdepartmental, the Mutuelle Group Wagons-Lits and annexed societies and the Mutuelle of the blind workers and workers for the benefit of the Interdepartmental Mutuelle.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
