Order of December 12, 2008 approving the merger with a transfer of portfolios of membership bulletins to mutual regulations and contracts

The Minister of Labour, Social Relations, Family and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life,
Vu le code of mutualityarticles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
Having regard to the application by the Mutuelle iséroise des fonctionnaires des communautés territoires (MIFCT), whose head office is in Echirolles (38431), 19 avenue Salvador-Allende, and the Mutuelle d'entreprise des fonctionnaires des communautésterritorials de l'Isère, whose head office is in L'Isle-d'Abeau (38081), 17 avenue du Bourg, for the approval of the transfer,
Considering the deliberation of June 19, 2008 of the General Assembly of the Corporate Mutuelle of Territorial Authorities Porte de l'Isère;
Considering the deliberation of 24 June 2008 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle iseroises officials of the territorial authorities;
Considering the deliberation of 27 June 2008 of the General Assembly of Health Plus Mutuals;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 10 September 2008 inviting creditors of the concerned mutual funds to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the solvency certificate of 1 December 2008 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting parts, including merger treaties,

It is approved, effective 1 January 2008, the transfer, by means of fusion-absorption, under the conditions provided for inarticle L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with their rights and obligations, portfolios of bulletins of accession to regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle iseroise officials of the local authorities and the Mutuelle d'entreprise of officials of the local authorities Porte de l'Isère for the benefit of the Mutuelles Santé Plus.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
