Considering the advice of the Joint Ministerial Technical Committee to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 23 July 2008;
Considering the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee on Youth and Sports dated 26 August 2008;
Considering the advice of the Single Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service dated October 6, 2008;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
By derogation fromarticle 2 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above and until the installation, which will take place no later than 16 May 2010, with the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and the Associative Life of the relevant technical committees, at the levels defined in 1° and 4° of Article 13 of this decree, to find out all matters relevant to all the services for which they have been created, remain competent, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the same decree andarticle 2 of the decree of 13 December 2002 referred to abovethe following Joint Technical Committees:
1° Ministerial Technical Committee for Social Affairs placed with the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs;
2° Ministerial Technical Committee on Youth and Sports;
3° Joint Ministerial Technical Committee to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
The Departmental Joint Technical Committee for Social Affairs placed with the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs or, according to the agenda set out in the summons, the Joint Ministerial Technical Committee at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs sits in joint training with the Departmental Joint Technical Committee on Youth and Sports, except where the agenda falls within the purview of one of these committees.
By derogation fromarticle 3 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above and until the installation, which will take place no later than 16 May 2010, with the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and the Associative Life of the relevant technical committees, at the levels defined in the 2nd and 4th of Article 13 of this decree, to find out all matters relevant to all the central services for which they have been created, remain competent, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the same decree,
1° Central Joint Technical Committee placed with the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs;
2° Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Associative Life;
3° Central Joint Technical Committee to the Central Administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
The Central Joint Technical Committee placed with the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs or, according to the agenda set out in the summons, the Central Joint Technical Committee to the Central Administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs sits in joint training with the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Associative Life, except where the order of the day falls under the exclusive competence of these committees.
By derogation fromarticle 2 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above and until the installation, which will take place no later than 16 May 2010, with the Minister responsible for labour, social relations, the family and solidarity of the competent ministerial technical committee, at the level defined in the 1st of section 13 of this decree, to know of all matters of interest to the entire service of that minister, the ministerial technical committee created in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs remains competent, within the framework of the provisions of the decree
By derogation fromarticle 3 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above and until the installation, which will take place no later than 16 May 2010, with the Minister for Labour, Social Relations, the Family and Solidarity of the relevant Central Joint Technical Committee, at the level defined in the 2nd of Article 13 of this decree, to know all matters of interest to the central services under the authority of the Minister for Labour, Social Relations, Family and Solidarity, the Central Joint Technical Committee established
By derogation fromarticle 9 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, the duration of the terms of office of the following technical committees shall be extended until 16 May 2010:
1° Ministerial technical committees whose list is annexed to this decree (annex 1);
2° Central technical committees whose list is annexed to this decree (annex 2);
3° Regional technical committees whose list is annexed to this Decree (annex 3);
4° Departmental technical committees whose list is annexed to this decree (annex 4);
5° Regional and interdepartmental technical committees annexed to this decree (annex 5).
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, the Minister of Labour, Social Relations, the Family and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the Public Service are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the French Republic.
