In view of the decision of 3 May 2008 to establish a ministerial-level technical committee at the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management;
In view of the decision of 11 September 2008 to appoint representatives of the administration to the ministerial technical committee established at the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management,

Section 1 of the above-mentioned Order of September 11, 2008 is amended to read:
Among the list of incumbent members:
" — the Director General of Civil Aviation,"
is replaced by:
"the Secretary General of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation."

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
