Section 1 of the above-mentioned Order of September 11, 2008 is amended to read:
Among the list of incumbent members:
"The Director General of Energy and Climate" is replaced by: "The Office of Employment and Skills of Human Resources Management within the General Secretariat";
"The Director General of Development, Housing and Nature" is replaced by: "The Office of the Human Resources Management Service within the General Secretariat."
Among the list of alternate members:
"The Director of Water and Biodiversity" is replaced by: "The Head of the Department of Social Relations of Human Resources Management within the General Secretariat."

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
