By Decision No. 2008-1156 dated 9 October 2008 issued by the Autorité de régulation des communications électronique et des postes, SOCIÉTÉ BRUNET, Sise 25, rue des Liondards, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, is authorized to offer non-reserved postal services services related to correspondence consignments including distribution under the conditions set out in the annex and in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions. The authorization shall be issued for a period of ten years from the date of signature of this decision. This authorization is renewable, it is related to the person of its licensee and cannot be transferred to a third party. Amendments that may significantly affect the activity of the licensee of this authorization shall be communicated to the Electronic Communications and Post Control Authority to verify their compatibility with the conditions of the authorization.
