It shall be established with the Director of Human Resources of the General Secretariat a Central Joint Technical Committee of the Central Administration, composed of ten administrative representatives and ten staff representatives and an equal number of alternate members.
This committee knows, within the framework of provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters relevant to all central services managed by the Director of Human Resources.
It is established with the Director of Maritime Affairs, the General Directorate of Infrastructure, Transport and the Sea, a central technical committee composed of ten administrative representatives and ten staff representatives and an equal number of alternate members.
This committee knows, within the framework of provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters relevant to all central and decentralized services of the Maritime Affairs Directorate.
It is established with the Vice-President of the General Council of the Environment and Sustainable Development a special technical committee composed of ten administrative representatives and ten staff representatives and an equal number of alternate members.
This committee knows, within the framework of provisions of title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to aboveof all matters relevant to all the services of the General Council of the Environment and Sustainable Development, except those of the interdepartmental inspection mission of social housing.
It shall be established with each service officer and central management referred to below a special technical committee whose composition shall be determined as follows:
