Decree No. 2008-1150 of 6 November 2008 amending certain statutory provisions relating to the bodies of nurses, rehabilitation staff, medical-technical personnel, midwives, psychologists and managers of the hospital public service

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, including article 6, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 88-1077 of 30 November 1988 amended with the specific statutes of nursing staff in the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 89-609 of 1 September 1989 amended with the specific statutes of hospital civil service rehabilitation staff;
Vu le Decree No. 89-611 of 1 September 1989 amended with special status of midwives in the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 89-613 of 1 September 1989 amended bearing the specific statutes of medical-technical staff of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 91-129 of 31 January 1991 amended with special status of hospital psychologists;
Vu le Decree No. 2002-550 of 19 April 2002 amended to include a special status of the body of director of hospital care;
Having regard to the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service dated 29 May 2008;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,

Are repealed:
1° ♪ articles 22 and 35 of the decree of 30 November 1988 referred to above ;
2° ♪ articles 37 and 49 of Decree No. 89-609 of 1 September 1989 referred to above ;
3° The last paragraph of Article 2 of Decree No. 89-611 of 1 September 1989 referred to above ;
4° TheArticle 24 of Decree No. 89-613 of 1 September 1989 ;
5° The ninth paragraph of Article 3 of the Decree of 31 January 1991 referred to above ;
6° The fifth paragraph of Article 9 of the Decree of 19 April 2002 referred to above.

The Minister of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
