The Union mutualiste de prévoyance vie de la mutualité service publique, dite "MFPrévoyance vie", whose head office is in Paris (75013), 62 rue Jeanne-d'Arc, submitted an application for the approval of the transfer, with its rights and obligations, of the portfolio of newsletters to join regulations and contracts for the branch 20 to MFPrévoyance SA, whose head office is in Paris (1340).
A two-month period from the date of publication of this notice is provided to creditors of these mutual funds to comment on the proposed transfer, which they may be aware of at the head office of MFPrévoyance and MFPrévoyance vie.
These observations should be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Health, Youth, Sports and Associative Life, Directorate of Social Security (sub-direction of pensions and institutions of supplementary social protection, room 3 C), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
