Having regard to Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 of the Council of 29 April 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine, amending regulations (EC) No 1493/1999, (EC) No 1782/2003, (EC) No 1290/2005 and (EC) No 3/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No 2392/86 and (EC) No 1493/1999;
Having regard to directive 2007/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007 laying down rules on nominal quantities for pre-packed products, repealing Council directives 75/106/EEC and 80/232/EEC of the Council, and amending Council directive 76/211/EEC;
Having regard to the code of consumption, particular article L. 214 - 1.

As of April 11, 2009, the products mentioned in the annex presented in pre-packages in the intervals listed in 1 of schedule cannot be imported, kept for sale, offered for sale, prisoners free of charge or sold, only if they are prepacked in the nominal quantities listed in the annex.
When at least two or more individual prepackages make up a multi-pack, the nominal quantities listed in annex 1 shall apply to each individual prepackage.
Where a prepackage is made up of two or more individual packages which are not intended to be sold individually, the nominal quantities listed in annex 1 shall apply to the prepackage.

Until October 11, 2012, dry pasta products put up in prepackages may be held for sale, offered for sale or sold, as in the following nominal quantities expressed as unit of measurement using the gram or kilogram: dry pasta, in the meantime 125 grams ― 10 000 grams: 125 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1000 g 1500 g, 2000 g, 3000 g, 4000 g, 5 000 g and 10 000 g.

The provisions of article 2 do not preclude the placing on the market of dried pasta lawfully manufactured or marketed in another Member State of the European Union, or in a State party to the agreement on the European economic area, or in Turkey, packed in other nominal quantities.

Still wine: on the interval 100 ml – 1500 ml, only 8 following nominal quantities: Ml: 100 — 187 — 250 — 375 — 500 — 750 ― 1 000 ― 1 500.
Yellow wine: on the interval 100 ml – 1500 ml only the following nominal quantity: Ml: 620.
Sparkling wine: in the interval from 125 ml – 1500 ml, only 5 following nominal quantities: Ml: 125 — 200 — 375 — 750 — 1 500.
Liqueur wine: on the interval 100 ml – 1500 ml, only 7 following nominal quantities: Ml: 100 — 200 — 375 — 500 — 750 000 ― 1 500 ―1.
Aromatised wine: on the interval 100 ml – 1500 ml, only 7 following nominal quantities: Ml: 100 — 200 — 375 — 500 — 750 ― 1 000 ― 1 500.

2. definition of products.
Still wine: wine as defined in annex 1, part XII (b), of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 on the common organisation of the markets in the agricultural sector and specific provisions for certain products (single CMO Regulation).
Yellow wine: wine such as specified in annex 1, part XII (b), of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of the Council of 22 October 2007 on the common organisation of the markets in the agricultural sector and specific provisions regarding certain products in this sector to appellation of origin "Côtes du Jura", "Arbois", "Star" and "Château Chalon" and whose bottles meet the definition contained in point 3 of annex I to Regulation EC No 753/2002 of the Commission of 29 April 2002 laying down certain rules for the application of Regulation EC No. 1493/1499 of the Council as regards the description, designation, presentation and protection of certain wine sector products.
Sparkling wine: wine as defined in points 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of annex IV to Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 of the Council of 29 April 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine, amending regulations (EC) No 1493/1999, (EC) No 1782/2003, (EC) No 1290/2005 and (EC) No 3/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No 2392/86 and (EC) No 1493/1999.
Liqueur wine: wine as defined in point 3 of annex IV to Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 of the Council of 29 April 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine, amending regulations (EC) No 1493/1999, (EC) No 1782/2003, (EC) No 1290/2005 and (EC) No 3/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No 2392/86 and (EC) No 1493/1999.
Aromatised wine: wine flavored as defined in article 2, paragraph 1, point a, of Council Regulation EEC No 1601/91 of the Council of 10 June 1991 laying down general rules on the definition, description and presentation of aromatised wines, drinks aromatized wine and cocktails aromatized wine (CN Code 2205).
Spirits: Spirits as defined in article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2008 on the definition, the description, presentation, labelling and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 1576/89 the Board.
