Having regard to the code of education;
The Council of Ministers heard, enacts as follows: Article 1 M. Alain Miossec, University Professor, was appointed Rector of the Academy of Rennes.


Article 2 the Prime Minister, the Minister of education and Minister of higher education and research are responsible, each in relation to the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
