Vu le Decree No. 53-192 of 14 March 1953 amended on the ratification and publication of international commitments undertaken by France,
Decrete:
The additional agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates concerning the Abu Dhabi Universal Museum, which deals with the guarantee of the States parties, signed at Abu Dhabi on 6 March 2007, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign and European Affairs are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THE ACCORD TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FRANÇAISE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNIS ARABES RELATING TO THE UNIVERSAL MUSEUM OF ABOU DABI PORTING PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE GUARANTEE OF STATES PARTIES
The Government of the French Republic, referred to as "the French Party", and
The United Arab Emirates Government, referred to as the "Emiral Party",
Named below "Parties",
Considering Article 16 of the Agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates concerning the Abu Dhabi Universal Museum, signed in Abu Dhabi on 6 March 2007,
The following provisions were agreed:
Article 1
The Emiral Party shall ensure that all obligations relating to the agents it designates, the Museum, or any other legal or physical person acting on its behalf under the intergovernmental agreement, and any subsequent undertaking, in particular, to the enforcement and enforcement conventions provided for in the intergovernmental agreement.
The French Party shall ensure that all obligations relating to the agents it designates, to the Agency or to any other legal or physical person acting on its behalf under the intergovernmental agreement, and any subsequent undertakings and in particular the implementing and implementing conventions provided for in the intergovernmental agreement.
Article 2
Entry into force
This Agreement comes into force on the date of the last notification of the parties informing each other of the fulfilment of the internal procedures required for its entry into force.
Done at Abu Dhabi on 6 March 2007, in four original copies, in French and Arabic, both texts being equally authentic.
