The constitutive agreement of the public interest group called "PIG Formation throughout the life and professional integration of the Orléans-Tours academy", concluded for a period of six years from 23 October 2002, is extended for a period of six years from 23 October 2008.
Name
The name of the group is: "GIP Training throughout life and professional integration of the academy of Orléans-Tours".
Subject
The object of the grouping is amended to read:
"The purpose of the public interest group is to:
― the implementation and development of academy-level cooperation in the areas of lifelong training and professional integration, according to the general programme of activities scheduled for the duration of this Convention, namely:
– Implementing, in training adults, research and development and engineering activities;
― development of training actions of trainers and services services to EPLE, GRETA, CFA and other structures of national education. Interventions for companies and other third parties (training advice, expertise, studies...) will respect the fields of competence of GRETA and other national education training schemes;
― in the area of graduate validation of professional achievements, organization and implementation of information, guidance and support activities of candidates and participation in the organization of validation sessions;
― participation in the implementation and management of validation and examination sessions (for diplomas and audiences under the competence of the validation group), in collaboration with the examination and examination divisions and inspection bodies concerned;
participation in the implementation of regulatory positioning;
― participation and animation of academic integration schemes and programmes;
- animation in the field of reflection, research and development of educational activities related to the vocational training of young people under contract of work;
- implementation of the electoral policy on the professionalization of beneficiaries of contracts assisted by national education;
― the implementation, within the framework of educational initiatives of academic initiative, of the measures envisaged in the European and national strategies for employment (National Action Plan for Employment) and in the programming documents of the structural funds; management of related funding;
― the management of equipment and services of common interest, necessary for such activities. »
