Judgment of 23 July 2008 establishing the distribution of the seats of staff representatives to the ministerial technical committee established at the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management

Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 amended on the technical committees of the public service of the State, including Article 11, second paragraph;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-995 of 31 May 2007 relating to the powers of the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development;
Having regard to the Decree of 18 March 2008 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the decision of 3 May 2008 to establish a ministerial-level technical committee at the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management;
In view of the decision of May 3, 2008, setting out the modalities of consultation with organized personnel to determine the trade union organizations to be represented on the ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management;
Based on the results of the consultation of staff of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management on June 26, 2008,

Staff representatives to the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management are designated by the following trade union organizations, with the following seats:

Holding and alternate representatives of staff shall be appointed by trade union organizations in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 above within eight days from the date of publication of this Order.
