In view of the decision of May 3, 2008, setting out the modalities of consultation with organized personnel to determine the trade union organizations to be represented on the ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management;
Based on the results of the consultation of staff of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management on June 26, 2008,

Staff representatives to the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Management are designated by the following trade union organizations, with the following seats:
